CV. Mano Niaga Makmur is a startup company that has a mission is to be a bridge for potential products from local farmers to the global market, and the first product we worked on was Garcinia Cambogia, we call it "Asam Gelugur" in Bahasa Indonesian.
North Sumatra and Aceh are the largest producers of Garcinia Cambogia in Indonesia, our homeland Langkat region is one of them. In our local tradition Asam Gelugur is one of the popular fruit, we dry it and use it as a sour taste in traditional culinary, we also process it become wet or dry sweetmeats.
Asam Gelugur tree grows naturally or intentionally in farmer's garden as a support for the soil and as a main plant protection tree only, as we know there is no specific plantation for Garcinia Cambogia trees in our area, so our network collects Garcinia Cambogia fruit from farmers by going around from one place to another places.
Now, supported by independent collectors and farmer groups around our region, we are able to supply some variety spec of dried Garcinia Cambogia slices in export quality and in large capacities.
